| Most of the rain in the basin runs down this valley to the Window and over a waterfall onto the desert below. An easy trail leads down to the falls, but the rocks at the top of the falls are slick and great care must be taken. It is an easy walk down on cool mornings, but the walk back up in the heat of the day can be difficult for the young and the old. Note the glimpes of the camp site through the foliage at the right. |
